Mains portable toilets offer a practical and comfortable alternative to standard chemical toilets on sites where mains services are available. Designed to connect directly to your existing sewerage system, these units provide a fully flushing toilet experience similar to that of a permanent indoor facility, without the need for waste tank servicing.
Each unit is fitted with a durable porcelain toilet and a spacious wash basin supplied with hot water, making them suitable for meeting HSE compliance standards on long-term construction and industrial projects. The generous sink allows for effective hand and forearm washing, supporting improved hygiene on site.
Our mains portable toilets must be connected to mains drainage, mains-pressure water, and a 240v power supply. As no servicing is included with these units, responsibility for connecting and maintaining the sewerage connection remains with the site. Once installed, they provide a reliable, low-maintenance solution that bridges the gap between permanent facilities and traditional portable toilets.

To deliver and collect the toilet we will need clear access to the site where it will be placed.
Please ensure the toilet is positioned on level ground with clear access at all times. Avoid placing near windows that may need to be opened during the hire period and keep away from one-way streets or areas with parked cars.

Mains toilets require a 15mm water inlet connection, 110mm sewerage outlet, and 16amp electrical supply (240v). You are responsible for arranging plumbing and electrical connections on site.
Standard dimensions are approximately 2.3m height x 1.2m width x 1.2m depth, with a door opening of 640mm width. Units weigh around 85-110kg.
No, mains toilets do not require weekly waste removal services as they connect directly to sewerage. However, general cleaning and maintenance remain your responsibility.
Units require a 16amp electrical supply (240v) and can be powered by a 3kVA generator. All units include RCD protection and waterproof internal lighting.
Mains toilets require water pressure between 10-100 psi with a standard 15mm snap-in connector. Hot water temperature operates at 40-43°C.
