Delivery

To deliver and collect the toilet we will need clear access to the site where it will be placed and clear access to the unit. We can access a toilet from up to 15 metres away in order to service it. We advise positioning a toilet on level ground away from windows that may need to be opened during the hire and the access should be clear at all times. To ensure a timely and efficient delivery of the toilet to your preferred site, please provide an accurate and detailed site address, and contact details for someone onsite, together with any relevant access or navigation information.

Yes, if possible. Help on site may be needed to manoeuvre a portable toilet into position (and off site) as we don't carry lifting equipment on our trucks.

If you need to move the toilet once it's in position, please do so carefully. And always ensure it's within 15 metres of the closest access point for our vehicles so we can continue to service it. Keep us informed if you move the toilet or if access to the site where the toilet is placed becomes blocked, as our drivers will need to know. In addition to this, please avoid placing the toilet on one-way streets or near parked cars.

Our standard units are 4ft square and you will need to make sure that you allow adequate space for the unit itself and for the door to open and close.

Servicing & Maintenance

All of our toilet servicing is done between 7.30am and 4.30pm weekdays.

The short answer is no, we clean and service our portable toilets. The exception to this rule are the Mains Toilets, as they're connected to the sewerage, they don't need emptying.

If the toilet is not flushing, pour a bucket of water into the pan to bring the water level back up and pump several times to get the flush going. If this does not resolve the issue, contact our team and we'll get someone out as soon as we are able to.

Our servicing includes waste removal, cleaning, restocking of consumables, and deodorising.

The chemicals used in our loos are specially designed, no other chemicals should be added to the tank as it can cause them to be less effective. The loo should also be positioned out of direct sunlight where possible, as this could reduce the lasting effects of the chemical too.

No. Do not place anything other than our provided toilet roll into the toilet, to avoid toilet blockages. This includes putting rubbish, paper towels or rags in the tank too. If a toilet is blocked and requires us to come on site to fix, extra charges may apply.

As a general rule, portable toilets should be serviced weekly. For high-traffic sites or events, twice-weekly or even daily servicing may be required to maintain hygiene standards and prevent capacity issues.
