We can’t quite believe it’s December already, 2020 has definitely been a year to remember and we’re incredibly grateful to all the customers who have continued to work with us throughout these unprecedented times.
Over the Christmas and New Year period, our opening hours will be as follows:
Our offices will close on Wednesday 23rd December and will reopen again on Monday 4th January 2021.
As for our servicing schedule, we will be concluding this at 4.30pm on Friday 18th December and we will recommence servicing from 8.00am on Monday 4th January 2021.
The servicing team will continue to work through until Wednesday 23rd December with the focus of those final three working days being geared towards achieving as many collections as our resources physically allow, the priority for this will be given to sites where we have received advance notice of termination.
